Junko Abe is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Palm Kaizen Group, where she leads investor relations, communications, and strategic partnerships.
Originally from Japan, Junko brings a unique international perspective and a deep appreciation for the principles of discipline, continuous improvement, and long-term thinking that help define the Palm Kaizen Group philosophy. Her multicultural background and life experiences have shaped a thoughtful, relationship-centered approach to both business and investing.

Jaime Winslow brings more than three decades of experience working with people, building relationships, and navigating complex real-world challenges across customer service, transportation, operations, and entrepreneurship.
Throughout his career, Jaime has developed a reputation for reliability, integrity, and a people-first approach. His professional background has given him firsthand insight into the importance of strong communities, quality housing, and the long-term impact that thoughtful real estate investing can have on individuals and families.
As Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Palm Kaizen Group, Jaime leads acquisitions, market research, underwriting, broker relationships, and strategic growth initiatives. He is focused on identifying workforce housing opportunities in growing Sun Belt markets where operational improvements and disciplined execution can create lasting value for both residents and investors.
